Berenice Kernizan is a full spectrum doula (Ancient Song), certified lactation counselor, and childbirth educator in training (CEA/MNY). Born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She has attended over thirty hospital, and home births.

Puri Carval is an active birth Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Infant Massage Teacher and Child Specialist serving families in NYC for more than 5 years.  She is a part of the doula team of the Early Head Start Perinatal Support program at Columbia University where she provides childbirth education, doula service and teaches infant and toddler groups.
